App provider

The endlessAI whiteboard Android app is provided by Xiamen Readpad Network Technology Co., Ltd. We respect user privacy and explain here how the app accesses, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects related data.

1. Accounts and sign-in

The app does not require registration or sign-in. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect name, gender, birthday, detailed address, contacts, or account password information for registration.

2. Whiteboard content and local storage

Your whiteboard documents, handwriting, text, imported images, exported files, and app settings are stored locally on your device by default. Unless you actively use sharing, export to another app, online tools, Pro purchase or unlock, or real-time collaboration, this content is not sent outside your device.

3. Permissions and device access

Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo for insertion or background setup. Photos and media access is used only when you import images, save, or export whiteboard content. Network access is used for optional online resources, Pro purchase and unlock verification, Google Play Billing, Stripe Checkout, release-code verification, and real-time collaboration. Clipboard access is used only when you copy or paste text, invite codes, or unlock codes in the app.

4. Payments and Pro unlock

Different builds may use different purchase methods. The Google Play version uses Google Play Billing. Stripe versions open Stripe Checkout for payment processing. Stripe or our unlock service may store purchase identifiers, checkout email, payment status, currency, amount, generated unlock code, and unlock status for automatic Pro unlock and support. Release Code versions verify manually entered unlock codes through our unlock service. The app does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes.

5. Real-time collaboration

If you use real-time collaboration, the app sends collaboration room information, locally generated participant identifiers or names, strokes, clear actions, and when necessary images or canvas data to our collaboration and object-storage services so participants can view the same whiteboard. Collaboration data is used only to provide collaboration features and maintain the session.

6. Online resources and third-party services

Some features may access online resources or third-party services, such as templates, image resources, function or graph tools, help pages, purchase pages, Google Play services, Stripe services, Cloudflare hosting services, and other services needed for app functionality. These providers may process request metadata according to their own policies, including IP address, device or browser information, request time, and service logs.

7. Use of data

We use related data only to provide app functions, save and restore local work, complete purchases and Pro unlock, provide support, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, improve stability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell sensitive personal information.

8. Sharing and disclosure

We share data with service providers only as necessary to provide app features, including payment processors, app-store billing services, hosting services, collaboration infrastructure, and unlock-code services. We may also disclose information when required by law, judicial or administrative requests, safety needs, or your explicit consent.

9. Retention and deletion

Local whiteboard documents and settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Purchase and unlock records may be retained by payment processors or our unlock service for support, anti-fraud, accounting, and legal compliance. Collaboration data may be temporarily retained to run rooms and synchronize participants. You may contact us to request access or deletion where applicable.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including HTTPS communication where applicable and limiting access to service data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.

11. Children

The app does not require registration and is not designed to collect children's specific personal information. Minors should use the app under parent or guardian supervision. If we discover that children's personal information has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Your choices and rights

You may deny optional permissions, delete local documents, clear app data, uninstall the app, avoid optional online features, or contact us about privacy questions. Denying required permissions or network access may prevent some features from working.

13. Policy updates

We may update this policy when app features, services, or legal requirements change. Updated policies may be displayed in the app or published on the official privacy policy page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
